The Testing and commissioning of building services installation is paramount to the success of any project, ensuring that system design and performance duties are achieved on every level. HVAC

SETS offers unique Hands-on Witnessing, Supervision, Verification and Commissioning Management for HVAC systems. Our emphasis on positive management of commissioning ensures that we can provide an effective commissioning service within the agreed programme and costs.

ELECTRICAL

Electrical Systems include Continuity Test, Polarity Test, Insulation Test, Live and Dead Test (Hot and Cold Test), Dielectric Test, Earth leakage test, Earth fault loop impedance test, RCD test, Primary and secondary Injection test, Voltage, phasing, Power Quality, load measurements and Thermal Infra-Red Test.
